DIVIDEND POLICY
The Corporation declared an annual eligible dividend of $0.24 during fi scal 2007 composed of quarterly eligible dividends
of $0.08 in the fourth quarter, $0.06 in the second and third quarters and $0.04 in the fi rst quarter (a quarterly eligible
dividend of $0.04, totalling $0.16 per share, on an annual basis, was paid in fi scal 2006) to the holders of subordinate
voting shares and multiple voting shares.
