The following table sets forth the high and low closing prices of the common stock of CenterPoint Energy on the New York Stock Exchange
composite tape during the periods indicated, as reported by Bloomberg, and the cash dividends declared in these periods.
The closing market price of our common stock on December 31, 2014 was $23.43 per share.
The amount of future cash dividends will be subject to determination based upon our results of operations and financial condition, our future
business prospects, any applicable contractual restrictions and other factors that our board of directors considers relevant and will be declared at
the discretion of the board of directors.
On January 22, 2015 , our board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.2475 per share, payable on March 10, 2015
to
shareholders of record on February 13, 2015 .
