The closing market price of our common stock on December 31, 2010 was $15.72 per share.
The amount of future cash dividends will be subject to determination based upon our results of operations and
financial condition, our future business prospects, any applicable contractual restrictions and other factors that our
board of directors considers relevant and will be declared at the discretion of the board of directors.
On January 20, 2011, we announced a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.1975 per share, payable on March 10,
2011 to shareholders of record on February 16, 2011.
Repurchases of Equity Securities
During the quarter ended December 31, 2010, none of our equity securities registered pursuant to Section 12 of
the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 were purchased by or on behalf of us or any of our ―affiliated purchasers,‖ as
defined in Rule 10b-18(a)(3) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
