is a capitalization-weighted index of domestic equities traded on the NYSE and NASDAQ and includes high-capitalization
stocks representing the retail sector of the S&P 500.
The graph assumes an investment of $100 at the close of trading on February 25, 2011, the last trading day of fiscal 2011, in
our common stock, the S&P 500 and the S&P Retailing Group.
