Most importantly, the guest experience
in our restaurants is better than ever.
Despite our growing menu of product offerings and our growing
traffi c count, we remain a leader in the QSR industry for
speed of service, which is a credit to our franchisees and our operations
teams. In addition to excelling in fast service, our overall customer
service also continues to improve. As a matter of fact, Dunkin’ Donuts
U.S. ended the year with an average guest satisfaction score that
was five points higher than the previous year’s.

We rolled out a new store design, Fresh Brew, for Dunkin’ Donuts U.S.
We now have more than 600 restaurants with the new look.
Also, our franchisees invested in nearly 530 remodels in 2013.

We are also very proud of the fact that Dunkin’ Donuts was
ranked #1 in the coffee category by the Brand Keys Customer
Loyalty Engagement Index for the 8th consecutive year.
