Agenda for 2015
Following the 2014 AGM the Committee intended to undertake a review of the Group’s Long-Term Incentive Plan. However, following the
changes in Group management described above, the Committee decided not to make changes to this aspect of the remuneration framework
during a year of transition.
2015 will be a year of continued change for Aer Lingus. In that context the Committee does not intend to undertake the proposed review of
the LTIP during 2015 although it intends to revisit the plan as a whole prior to its expiry in 2017 and will consult with our largest
shareholders at the time.
