AsofDecember31,2015,wehadapproximately19,000employeesin119officesworldwide,lessthan5%ofwhichwerecontractedthroughEMC.Noneof
ouremployeesarerepresentedbylaborunions,andweconsidercurrentemployeerelationstobegood.
WecontractwithEMCtoutilizepersonnelwhoarededicatedtoworkforVMwareonafull-timebasis.Theseindividualsarelocatedincountriesinwhichwe
