We need to improve our operational and financial systems to support our growth in the future, increasingly complex
business arrangements, and rules governing revenue and expense recognition and any inability to do so will adversely affect
our billing and reporting.
The nature of our business requires the application of complex revenue and expense recognition rules and the current
legislative and regulatory environment affecting U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles ("GAAP") is uncertain and
volatile, and significant changes in current principles could affect our financial statements going forward.
We face risks associated with various cable operators making their own transition to digital transmission of cable signals.
If there is increased use of switched digital video technologies to transmit television programs by cable operators (also
known as switched digital) in the future, the desirability and competitiveness of our current products could be reduced in which
case our business would be harmed.
