We face significant risks to our business when we engage in the outsourcing of engineering work, including outsourcing of
software work oversees, which, if not properly managed, could result in the loss of valuable intellectual property, increased
costs due to inefficient and poor work product, and subject us to export control restrictions which could impede or prevent us
from working with partners internationally, which could harm our business, including our financial results, reputation, and
brand.
