For Mr. Templeton, the “Total” was higher for 2014 than for 2013 due about equally to the higher level of his bonus and the higher grant
date fair value of his equity compensation. For Mr. March, the “Total” was higher for 2014 primarily due to the higher level of his bonus.
For the other officers, the “Total” was higher for 2014 primarily due to the higher grant date fair value of their equity compensation.
