Our key management personnel (KMP) have authority and
responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of
the Telstra Group. Our KMP consist of:
• the Directors of the Telstra Entity; and
• certain executives in the Chief Executive Officer’s (CEO’s) senior
leadership team, referred to as a ‘senior executive’ in this report.
