STOCK PERFORMANCE GRAPH
This performance graph shall not be deemed “soliciting material” or to be “filed” with the Securities and Exchange Commission for
purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or the Exchange Act, or otherwise subject to the liabilities under that
Section, and shall not be deemed to be incorporated by reference into any filing of Telenav, Inc. under the Securities Act or the Exchange Act.
The following graph shows a comparison from May 13, 2010 (the date our common stock commenced trading on The NASDAQ Global
Market) through June 30, 2013 of cumulative total return for our common stock, the NASDAQ Composite Index and the Russell 3000 Index. Such
returns are based on historical results and are not intended to suggest future performance. Data for the NASDAQ Composite Index and the Russell
3000 Index assume reinvestment of dividends.
The following selected financial data should be read in conjunction with the consolidated financial statements and related notes thereto
appearing elsewhere in this Form 10-K. We have derived the statement of income data for fiscal years ended June 30, 2013, 2012 and 2011 and the
balance sheet data as of June 30, 2013 and 2012 from the audited consolidated financial statements included elsewhere in this Form 10-K. The
statement of income data for the fiscal years ended June 30, 2010 and 2009 and the balance sheet data as of June 30, 2011, 2010 and 2009 were
derived from the audited consolidated financial statements that are not included in this Form 10-K. The consolidated financial statements have been
prepared in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles, or GAAP. The results of operations of our enterprise business, which
were previously presented as a component of our consolidated operating results, have been classified as discontinued operations in our statement of
income for all periods presented. We have not declared or distributed any cash dividends on our common stock. Historical results are not necessarily
indicative of results to be expected for future periods.
