The following table presents information regarding the outstanding share-based awards held by each Named
Executive Officer as of December 31, 2007, including the vesting dates for the portions of these awards that had not
vested as of that date. This table also includes the amounts recognized for each of these awards for financial
statement reporting purposes for fiscal 2007 as reflected in the Summary Compensation Table — Fiscal 2006 and
2007 above. For purposes of clarity, awards that were granted prior to December 31, 2007 but that were not
outstanding as of December 31, 2007 (for example, because the awards were forfeited, exercised, paid or otherwise
settled prior to December 31, 2007) are also included in the table below if a charge was recognized for financial
statement reporting purposes for fiscal 2007 with respect to the award. Additional information regarding these
