As of December 31, 2006, the total unrecognized after-tax compensation cost for stock options, restricted stock, restricted stock units and options under
our employee stock purchase plan was $563.7 million. Approximately 85% of our employees have received grants through these equity compensation
programs. This non-cash expense will be recognized through 2011 with a weighted average remaining period of 1.5 years.
