The company’s plants and equipment are well maintained and in good operating condition. Sales as a percent
of capacity were 84 percent in 2006, 82 percent in 2005, and 84 percent in 2004. Properties are primarily
directly owned by the company; however, certain properties are leased. No title examination of the properties
has been made for the purpose of this report and certain properties are shared with other tenants under
long-term leases.
