Our corporate headquarters are located in Thousand Oaks, California. In addition to the properties listed
above, we have undeveloped land at certain U.S. locations, principally in Thousand Oaks, California; Longmont,
Colorado; Louisville, Kentucky; Allentown, Pennsylvania; West Greenwich, Rhode Island; Seattle and Bothell,
Washington; and in Juncos, Puerto Rico, to accommodate future expansion, as required. Excluded from the table
above are leased properties that have been abandoned and certain buildings that we still own but are no longer
used in our business. There are no material encumbrances on our properties.
We believe our facilities are suitable for their intended use and, in conjunction with our third-party
contracting manufacturing agreements, provide adequate capacity. We also believe that our existing facilities,
third-party contract manufacturing agreements and our anticipated additions are sufficient to meet our expected
needs. (See Item 1A. Risk Factors We perform a substantial amount of our commercial manufacturing
activities at our Puerto Rico manufacturing facility and a substantial amount of our clinical manufacturing
activities at our Thousand Oaks, California manufacturing facility; if significant natural disasters or production
failures occur at the Puerto Rico facility, we may not be able to supply these products or, at the Thousand Oaks
facility, we may not be able to continue our clinical trials, We rely on third-party suppliers for certain of our
raw materials, medical devices and components and Manufacturing difficulties, disruptions or delays could
limit supply of our products and limit our product sales.)
Item 3. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS

commitments, to our Consolidated Financial Statements in this Annual Report on Form 10-K, and are hereby
incorporated by reference.
