During 2003, the Company had three customers whose purchases represented a significant portion of net revenues, based on billing,
including contract manufacturers and distributors. Net revenues from one customer represented approximately 14% of net revenues in
2003, 13% in 2002 and 12% in 2001. Net revenues from a second customer were 13% in 2003, 16% in 2002 and less than 10% of net
revenues in 2001. Net revenues from a third customer were 11% in 2003 and less than 10% in 2002 and 2001.
