We completed the share purchase programs authorized by our Supervisory Board on November 9, 2010 and
October 3, 2011. On May 14, 2012, we announced that our Supervisory Board authorized a purchase of up to an
additional 4,015,127 of our ordinary shares, of which 1,203,021 shares remain available for purchase.
