ITEM 2. PROPERTIES
We do not own any real property. Our principal administrative, engineering, marketing and sales office totals
approximately 26,937 square feet and is located in Toronto, Ontario under a lease that expires on December 31, 2020. In
addition, we also maintain offices of approximately 4,000 square feet in Starkville, Mississippi, approximately 2,900
square feet in Bonn, Germany and approximately 500 square feet in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Substantially all of our computer and communications hardware is located at our facilities or at server hosting
facilities in Toronto, Ontario and Ashburn, Virginia.
ITEM 3. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
We are involved in various investigations, claims and lawsuits arising in the normal conduct of our business,
none of which, in our opinion, will materially harm our business. We cannot assure that we will prevail in any litigation.
Regardless of the outcome, any litigation may require us to incur significant litigation expense and may result in
significant diversion of management attention.
ITEM 4. MINE SAFETY DISCLOSURES
Not applicable.
