In fiscal 2007, sales of Cars,Bratz: ForeverDiamondz andsales of ourNickelodeon andcatalog titles drove
oursales and contributed to an $81.3million increase in net salesover fiscal 2006. We released nine and
eight new SKUs in fiscal 2007 and 2006,respectively. As the installed base of DS hardware continues to
grow, we expect to continue to bringmoretitles to theplatform.

In fiscal2007, netsales of video games for GBA were primarily driven by Cars and salesof our catalog
titles. We released13 and10 newSKUsin fiscal2007 and 2006, respectively.Net sales decreased by $51.6
million in fiscal 2007 as comparedtofiscal 2006 as consumer demand shifted to DS. We expect netsales
from GBAproducts to continue to declineas aresultof continued growth of DS andPSPintothe
handheld video game market.

In fiscal 2007,netsales of video gamesfor PSP were driven by Cars and WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2007.
We released five and four new SKUs in fiscal 2007 and 2006, respectively. Net sales increased by $36.0
million in fiscal 2007 as compared to fiscal 2006 primarily dueto sales of Carsand increased sales of
catalog titles. As the installedbase of PSP hardware continues to grow,we expect to continue to bring
more titles to theplatform.

Wireless netsales consist of wirelessgamesand other content such as wireless wallpapers andringtones.
Prior to December 2006 we also derived wireless revenue by providing infrastructure services for the
delivery of wireless content and entertainment through our controlling interest in Minick Holding AG
(“Minick”).
In fiscal2007,wireless net sales consistedofgames andothercontentbasedonStar Warsand Worms;
licensed properties such as SpongeBob SquarePants and WWE; and owned intellectual properties such as
Saints Row andJuiced.Wireless net salesdecreased by $9.6 million during fiscal2007 as compared to fiscal
2006. The decrease is due to the sale of our interestin Minick in December 2006 and fewer new titles
