Accrued reorganization costs activity for 2011 and 2010 are as follows:
(1) For 2011, the total headcount underlying these costs is approximately 330. At December 31, 2011, approximately 65 employees have not been
terminated under the plans. Substantially all of the amounts accrued at December 31, 2011 for severance and other employee-related will be paid
in 2012.
(2) Amounts accrued at December 31, 2011 for other costs (principally lease costs) are expected to be paid through 2015.
