The following tables set forth certain information regarding the ownership of Common Stock as of
February 25, 2010 by each Director, Named Executive Officer and all current executive officers and Directors of
the Company as a group.
Unless otherwise indicated and subject to applicable community property laws, the persons named in the
following table have sole voting and investment power with respect to all shares of Common Stock. The number
of shares beneficially owned includes Common Stock of which such individual has the right to acquire beneficial
ownership either currently or within 60 days after February 25, 2010, including, but not limited to, upon the
exercise of a stock option.
The percentage of beneficial ownership in the tables below is based upon 229,447,983 shares of Common
Stock outstanding on February 25, 2010. For each individual, this percentage includes Common Stock of which
such individual has the right to acquire beneficial ownership either currently or within sixty days after February 25,
2010, including, but not limited to, upon the exercise of a stock option; however, such Common Stock will not be
deemed outstanding for the purpose of computing the percentage owned by any other individual.
