will continue until the last day of October 2013.

Logistic and Distribution Center. To be vacated in June 2013, and
will be restored and returned to landlord in July 2013. Lease
obligation will continue until the last day of April, 2014.

Engineering, Design Center, Call Center, and TAC. To be vacated
in July 2013 and will be restored and returned to landlord in August
2013. Lease obligation will continue until the last day of October
2013.
