Holders
As of February 25, 2015, there were approximately 30 holders of record of our common stock. Several brokerage firms,
banks and other institutions (“nominees”) are listed once on the stockholders of record listing. However, in most cases, the
nominees’ holdings represent blocks of our common stock held in brokerage accounts for a number of individual stockholders.
Accordingly, the number of beneficial owners of our stock is higher than the number of registered stockholders of record.
Dividends
We did not declare or pay any cash dividends on our common stock during the years ended December 31, 2014 and
2013, and we do not intend to in the foreseeable future. Any future determination to pay dividends will be at the discretion of
our Board of Directors and will depend on several factors, including our financial condition, results of operations, capital
requirements, restrictions contained in existing and future financing instruments and other factors that our Board of Directors
may deem relevant.
