The following legal proceedings relating to hotel occupancy taxes previously reported by us were dismissed during the fourth quarter of 2007:
In the City of Atlanta, Georgia case, on October 26, 2007, the Court of Appeals of Georgia affirmed the trial court's prior order dismissing the action. On
December 10, 2007, the plaintiff filed a Petition for Certiorari in the Supreme Court of Georgia.
