As of March 2, 2011, the Company had approximately 289 record holders of its common stock.
Dividends
Prior to 2008, we had not declared or paid any dividend since inception. We have paid a quarterly dividend
of $0.175 per share beginning with the second quarter of 2008. The declaration and payment of dividends in the
future will be determined by the Company’s Board of Directors in light of conditions then existing, including the
Company’s earnings, financial condition, capital requirements and other factors. See “Management’s Discussion
and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations – Liquidity, Capital Resources and Other
