Item 3. Legal Proceedings
We have provided information about certain legal proceedings in which we are involved in Note 11 to the
consolidated financial statements in Part II, Item 8.
We are a party to various investigations, lawsuits, claims and other legal proceedings, including government
investigations and claims, that arise in the ordinary course of our business. These types of matters could result in
fines, penalties, compensatory or treble damages or non-monetary relief. U.S. Government regulations also provide
that certain allegations against a contractor may lead to suspension or debarment from future U.S. Government
contracts or suspension of export privileges for the company or one or more of its components. Suspension or
debarment could have a material adverse effect on the company because of the company's reliance on government
contracts and authorizations. The nature of legal proceedings is such that we cannot assure the outcome of any
particular matter. However, based on information available to us to date and other than as noted in Note 11 to the
consolidated financial statements, we do not believe that the outcome of any matter pending against the Company is
likely to have a material adverse effect on the company's consolidated financial position as of December 31, 2012 or
its annual results of operations or cash flows. For further information on the risks we face from existing and future
investigations, lawsuits, claims and other legal proceedings, please see Risk Factors in Part I, Item 1A, of this report.
Item 4. Mine Safety Disclosures
