We maintain our properties in good operating condition. We believe that the productive capacity of our
properties is adequate to meet current contractual requirements and those for the foreseeable future.
In January 2010, we announced our decision to move our corporate office from Los Angeles, California to the
Washington D.C. region by the summer of 2011. This move will enable us to better serve our customers.
Although we are moving some corporate staff from Los Angeles, the state of California remains a significant
business location for us.
Item 3. Legal Proceedings
We have provided information about legal proceedings in which we are involved in Note 14 to the consolidated
financial statements contained in Part II, Item 8. In addition to the matters disclosed in Note 14, we are a party
to various investigations, lawsuits, claims and other legal proceedings that arise in the ordinary course of our
business. Based on information available to us, we do not believe at this time that any of such matters will
individually have a material adverse effect on our business, financial condition or results of operations. For further
information on the risks we face from existing and future investigations, lawsuits, claims and other legal
proceedings, please see Risk Factors in Part I, Item 1A, of this report.
Item 4. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders
No items were submitted to a vote of security holders during the fourth quarter of 2009.
