Market for our Common Stock
Our common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) and trades under the symbol “NLS.”
As of February 28, 2009, there
were 75 holders of record of our common stock and approximately 32,700 beneficial shareholders.
The following table sets forth the high and low sales prices and dividends paid per common share for each period presented:
The Company paid no dividends in 2008 and $9.5 million ($0.30 per share) in 2007. In the fourth quarter of 2007, our Board of Directors
suspended dividend payments. Payment of any future dividends is at the discretion of our Board of Directors, which considers various factors
such as our financial condition, operating results, current and anticipated cash needs and future expansion plans. In addition, the Company’
s loan
agreement with Bank of America, NA contains covenants restricting our ability to pay dividends. Based on the covenants, the Company is
currently precluded from paying dividends.
