Market for our Common Stock
Our common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) and trades under the symbol “NLS.” As of February 28,
2007, 31,521,611 shares of our common stock were issued and outstanding and the approximate number of beneficial shareholders and the
number of shareholders of record was 76 and 7,000, respectively.
The following table summarizes the high and low closing prices and dividends paid for each period indicated:
The total amount of dividends paid in 2006 and 2005 were $12.9 million and $13.4 million, respectively or $0.40 per common share.
Payment of any future dividends is at the discretion of our Board of Directors, which considers various factors such as our financial condition,
operating results, current and anticipated cash needs and future expansion plans.
