Performance Graph
The graph depicted below compares the five-year performance of our common stock with the cumulative total return on
the Russell 2000 Index, the S&P Retail Select Industry Index and the S&P 500 Retailing Index from December 31, 2010
through December 31, 2015. In 2015 the Company switched from using the S&P 500 Retailing Index (consists of
approximately 30 constituent companies with a $12.6 billion median market capitalization) to the S&P Retail Select Industry
Index (consists of approximately 100 constituent companies with a $2.3 billion median market capitalization) for its peer group
comparison to provide a broader, more diverse assortment of retail companies. This change was intended to more closely align
the industry peer group with the Company’s market capitalization and to include more of the peer companies used for
compensation purposes.
