The Company’sForm 10-K for 2005 contained the certifications
required by Section 302 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, and on
June 8, 2005, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer provided the
New York Stock Exchange with the required annual written certification
that he was not awareof any violations by the Company of the
Exchange’s corporate governance listing standards.
