permitted to Participate in the Plan pursuant to Subsection 2.4 in an amount determined by multiplying the Employee's Compensation by the
"average deferral percentage" (as defined in Subsection 3.1(f)) of all other Participants in the Plan; and
(c) In addition to the Employer Matching Contribution provided for in Section 3.2, the Employer may make an Employer Matching Contribution to the
Employer Matching Contribution sub-account of each Spherion Employee permitted to Participate in the Plan pursuant to Section 2.4 of the Plan in
an amount determined by multiplying the Employee's Compensation by the "average contribution percentage" (as defined in Subsection 3.2(d)) of
