As of June 28, 2008, Coach operated 289 retail stores and 102 factory stores in the United States, eight retail stores in Canada and 149
department store shop-in-shops, retail stores and factory stores in Japan. Coach also operates distribution, product development and quality
control locations in the United States, Italy,
Hong Kong, China and South Korea. Geographic revenue information is based on the location of our customer. Geographic long-lived asset
information is based on the physical location of the assets at the end of each period and includes property and equipment, net and other
assets.


