and distribution centers located in Carlsbad, California, Toronto, Canada, and Chicopee, Massachusetts, the
creation of third-party logistics sites in Dallas, Texas and Toronto, Canada, as well as the establishment of a new
production facility in Monterrey, Mexico. In connection with the new production facility in Monterrey, Mexico,
the Company leases a property of approximately 180,000 square feet. The Company intends to maintain limited
manufacturing and distribution facilities in Carlsbad, California and Chicopee, Massachusetts.
The Company owns and leases additional properties domestically and internationally, including properties
in Australia, Canada, Japan, Korea, the United Kingdom, China, Thailand, Malaysia and India. The Company’s
operations at each of these properties are used to some extent for both the golf club and golf ball businesses. The
Company believes that its facilities currently are adequate to meet its requirements.
