ITEM 3. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
In addition to the legal proceedings described in Note 16 to the consolidated financial statements included in Item 8 of
this Form 10-K, we are occasionally a defendant in litigation arising in the ordinary course of our business, including claims
arising from personal injuries, contract claims, franchise-related claims, dram shop claims, wage and hour and other
employment-related claims, and claims from guests or employees alleging injury, illness or other food quality, health or
operational concerns. To date, none of these types of litigation, many of which are typically covered by insurance, has had a
material effect on us. We have insured and continue to insure against many of these types of claims. A judgment on any claim
not covered by or in excess of our insurance coverage could adversely affect our financial condition or results of operations.
ITEM 4. MINING SAFETY DISCLOSURES
Not applicable.
