ARTICLE III – ENROLLMENT AND PARTICIPATION
An Eligible Employee shall enroll in the Plan and become a Participant by completing an Election Form and filing it either online or
directly with the Committee in accordance with Article IV.
A Participant shall continue to remain a Participant as long as he or she is entitled to benefits under the Plan.
In the event a Participant is no longer an Eligible Employee, such Participant shall become an inactive Participant, retaining all the rights
described herein, except the right to make any future Deferral Contributions.
