constitute one and the same Agreement.
In the event any dispute or controversy arising from or relating to this Agreement is submitted to any court,
arbitration panel or other party, the prevailing party in such dispute or controversy shall be entitled to reimbursement from the non-prevailing party for
the actual fees and expenses incurred by the prevailing party in connection with such dispute or controversy (including, but not limited to, reasonable
attorney's fees, costs and disbursements).
The Executive shall be entitled to purchase any products sold by the Employer or its Affiliates in the Business for
personal use and at standard landed cost. This subsection shall survive any expiration or termination of this Agreement.
