Available-For-Sale Securities
The Company’s available-for-sale marketable securities include a less than 20% equity ownership in CLST Holdings,
Inc. (“Cellstar”) and Bliss-tel Public Company Limited (“Bliss-tel”), and taxable auction rate notes which have
long-term maturity dates (October 2038).
