The following graph shows a comparison of cumulative total stockholder returns for PMC, the line-of-business index for semiconductors and related
devices (SIC code 3674) furnished by Research Data Group, Inc., and the S&P 500 Index. In addition, we have included the Russell 3000 Index, a broad
equity market index in which we are included. We have determined that the companies included in the Russell 3000 Index more closely match our company
characteristics than the companies included in the S&P 500 Index, as the Russell 3000 Index includes companies in the semiconductor industry and
related industries with similar size and median market capitalization. The graph assumes the investment of $100 on December 31, 2006. The performance
shown is not necessarily indicative of future performance.
