During 2009, AIG made certain revisions to the AIGLH Condensed Statement of Cash Flows, primarily relating to
revisions for the presentation of capital contributions and dividends paid by AIGLH. Accordingly, AIG revised the
previous period presented to conform to the revised presentation. There was no effect on the Consolidated Statement
of Cash Flows or ending cash balances.

December 31, 2008 and December 31, 2007 were as follows:
