Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders
The annual general meeting of sharehold-
ers of the Corporation is normally held in
June each year in Hamamatsu, Japan. In
addition, the Corporation may hold
an extraordinary general meeting of share-
holders as necessary, giving at least two
weeks’ prior notice to shareholders.
Notice to nonresident shareholders of any
shareholders’ meeting will be mailed to
their standing proxies or to their mailing
addresses in Japan.
