Whole Foods Market’ s common stock is traded on the NASDAQ Global Select Market. Effective May 6, 2011, the
Company changed its trading symbol to “WFM” from “WFMI.”
The Company was added to Standard & Poor’ s S&P 500 Index in December 2005. In December 2010, the Company was re-
added to the NASDAQ-100® Index.
