Stock Repurchase Program
Since the inception of its stock repurchase program,
the Company has repurchased a total of 22.2 million
shares at an average price of $12.53 for a total of $278
million. The continuing stock buyback program
reflects an outstanding investment opportunity which
the Company believes to be in the best interest of its
shareholders.
Market Capitalization
Western Digitals total market value has grown as the
Company improved its product quality, manu-
facturing efficiency and asset management.
