Dividend
On March 1, 2016, Staples, Inc. announced that its Board
of Directors had declared a quarterly cash dividend on
Staples, Inc. common stock of $0.12 per share. On an
annualized basis, the quarterly dividend is equal to $0.48
per share. The first-quarter 2016 cash dividend was paid
on April 14, 2016, to shareholders of record on March 25,
2016.
