The dedicated, personal service that is our
foundation remains solidly in place. But now,
so are online, after-hours, and mobile service
options. We are committed to providing best-in-
class service when and how our clients want it.
A client doing payroll at midnight on Saturday
who would like support can call a specialist
on our 24/7 service team. And a client with
multiple products can get one-stop service from
a dedicated team in our multi-product service
centers, which integrate service across our
product lines. Were reimagining the way we
work and the way we serve our clients.
Our clients and their employees are doing the
same — and more often, they’re doing it on the
go. There have been more than a half million
downloads of our mobile app to date. And, it’s
not just our clients using our technology. About
90 percent of our mobile app usage comes from
our clients’ employees who are doing things
such as accessing their check stubs and W-2s.
And we continued to add mobile functionality
during the last year, including Paychex Time, a
mobile time punch app that offers the quickest
punch access possible, and a mobile interface
for ExpenseWire
®
, our leading SaaS expense
management application.
BREADTH OF PRODUCTS
We put additional emphasis last year on making
sure our clients really understood the breadth
of our products. The partnership across the
Paychex sales organization was never stronger
as our sales professionals took a team-selling
approach to show our clients the full value of
what we offer.
One of our newest offerings in 2015 was
stratustime
®
, the leading cloud-based time and
attendance solution in the market today, which
we gained with the acquisition of nettime
®
solutions. We also saw growth in market
acceptance for our new full-service product that
helps clients navigate the complexities of health
care reform. Paychex is in a unique position
because we have both clients’ payroll data and
our nationally ranked Paychex Insurance Agency,
and we can leverage those to help our clients
understand what’s required under employer
shared responsibility provisions of the Affordable
