Holders
As of February 21, 2012, there were approximately 47 holders of record of our common stock. Several brokerage firms,
banks and other institutions (“nominees”) are listed once on the stockholders of record listing. However, in most cases, the
nominees' holdings represent blocks of our common stock held in brokerage accounts for a number of individual stockholders.
Accordingly, our actual number of stockholders is higher than the number of registered stockholders of record.
Dividends
We did not declare or pay any cash dividends on our common stock during the years ended December 31, 2011 and 2010
and we do not intend to in the foreseeable future. Any future determination to pay dividends will be at the discretion of our
board of directors, may require the consent of Travelport and will depend on several factors, including our financial condition,
results of operations, capital requirements, restrictions contained in existing and future financing instruments and other factors
that our board of directors may deem relevant.
