required pursuant to Article V. Each Borrower agrees that any action taken by the Borrower Representative or the Borrowers in accordance with the terms of
this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, and the exercise by the Borrower Representative of its powers set forth therein or herein, together with such other
powers that are reasonably incidental thereto, shall be binding upon all of the Borrowers.
SECTION 11.07 Reporting. Each Borrower hereby agrees that such Borrower shall furnish promptly after each fiscal month to the Borrower
Representative a copy of its Borrowing Base Certificate and any other certificate or report required hereunder or requested by the Borrower Representative on
which the Borrower Representative shall rely to prepare the Aggregate Borrowing Base Certificate and the Borrowing Base Certificate of each Borrower and
Compliance Certificates required pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.
