3. Unusual Transactions . All of the property and assets of the Company pledged to the Secured Party as Collateral has been originated by
the Company (or their respective predecessor entities) in the ordinary course of business or consist of goods which have been acquired by the
Company (or their respective predecessor entities) in the ordinary course from a person in the business of selling goods of that kind.
4. UCC Filings . The Secured Party is hereby authorized to file a financing statement on Form UCC-1 in form and containing a description
of the Collateral acceptable to the Secured Party in the UCC filing office in each jurisdiction identified in ยง2 hereof.
