The Company’s independent registered public accounting firm has audited the Company’s internal control over financial reporting as of
December 31, 2008, as stated in their following report.
Changes In Internal Control Over Financial Reporting
During the fourth quarter of 2008, the Company re-
organized certain functions in its European operations and converted the financial application
system used by its European subsidiaries to the same system used in the U.S. As of result of these changes, certain activities pertaining to
internal control over financial reporting, which were previously performed in other European locations, were transferred to the international
group’s central office in Germany. In addition, as a result of the financial system conversion certain financial application system controls that
were previously the responsibility of the European operations, were incorporated into the internal control environment at the Company’s
headquarters in Vancouver, WA.
